Bluescreen while shutting down
Everytime when I am trying to shut down, it says "logging off " for a long time and it won't shut down...
When I hold the shut down button/restart on the cpu for 5 seconds, it did..
and when the computer restarts, the issue seen on a small window is "bluescreen"..
But no "stop code error" seen while working, persists only when tries to shut down...
Is that a virus issue??? Please help.....
Thank You...
